Cajun Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, chopped
    1 white onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 sticks celery, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 or 3 lb. potatoes, chopped
    Cajun spices
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp, add white onions, bell pepper and celery. Cook veggies about 5 minutes with bacon, add potatoes and then green onions.
    Cook over low heat and stir open.
    Add Cajun spices to taste.
    If more seasoning is desired, add a little salt.
