Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, scrubbed and dried
    olive oil
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 bunch scallions, sliced thin
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 slices cooked bacon
    sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Coat potatoes with oil.
    Bake in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cut potatoes in half.
    Carve out some of the center.
    Place potato shells under broiler for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Fill potato shells.
    Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream.
