Omelette Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper, to taste
    chopped ham
    chopped onion
    chopped green peppers
    sliced mushrooms
    sliced cheese
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; line bottom with sliced cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix in some chopped ham or crumbled bacon, some chopped onion, chopped green peppers, sliced mushrooms (amounts according to taste).
    Pour into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    To make a larger amount, add 2 more eggs and 1/4 cup milk.
