French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in bowl; add oil and warm water. Knead until dough is mixed well, about 15 minutes.
    Grease bowl; cover dough with wet towel.
    Proof in warm place until double in size.
    Form into loaf (grease pan).
    Let rise again until doubled. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes; lower temperature to 350\u00b0 until done.
