Gringo Taco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. onion
    3/4 c. green pepper
    1 can green enchilada sauce (10 oz.)
    1 can red enchilada sauce (10 oz.)
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    1 1/3 c. Milnot evaporated milk
    12 tortillas
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, add onion, pepper and seasonings.
    Cook until tender, then drain.
    Mix in enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and Milnot.
    Layer tortilla, meat mixture, cheese and sauce mixture until all used.
    I usually layer three times.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    This is great served with a tossed green salad.
