Homemade Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. flour
1/3 c. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
8 tsp. sugar
1 c. shortening
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in 1 cup shortening, using a pastry blender.
The mixtures should resemble coarse meal.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Use 1/3 cup milk to 1 cup of biscuit mix.
