Turkey Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. turkey breast slices
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. dry white wine
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 chopped onion
    4 cans S & W Texas Style barbecue beans
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes (with the juice)
    1 c. chopped bell pepper or can use 3 Tbsp. dehydrated
    1 Tbsp. chili powder (more or less to your taste)
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (more or less to your taste)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown turkey with onion.
    Drain fat. Place meat mixture in a large crock-pot and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix all together well.
    Cook on lowest setting for 8 to 10 hours.
    Stir well before serving.
    Stores well for up to a week, if you have it around that long!
