Coquilles De Volailles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. chicken
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 small can truffles, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 can mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt, pepper and bread crumbs
    baking shells, approximately 12 to 14 tart size shells
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Boil the chicken until tender and remove meat from the bones; cut into pieces, not too small. Season with salt and pepper; pour the sherry over meat.
