Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium firm ripe tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar or lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. finely cut fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. green onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. flat-leafed parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Arrange tomato slices in slightly overlapping, concentric circles on a deep, round plate or platter.
