Tia Lola'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 3 breasts of chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese or more
    1 small can tomato sauce
    14 corn tortillas
    2 small cans Ortega chilies
    chopped olives (optional)
Preparation
    Boil the chicken until tender; then take out skin, bone and fat.
    Shred meat.
    Cut tortillas in 4 strips.
    Grate cheese.
    Mix enough water with the cans of soup to make consistency of a thick sauce.
    Divide ingredients in thirds to make 3 complete layers. First, cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 1/2 cup soup. Assemble by completely covering bottom with a layer of tortillas, followed by soup, chicken, tomato, chilies and cheese in that order.
    Then do the following two layers similarly.
