Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 onion, chopped
    butter
    2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    flour
    1 bag wide noodles or rice
Preparation
    Cut round steak into strips.
    In a large pot, melt butter (about 5 tablespoons) with the chopped onion.
    Coat round steak with flour.
    Add to melted butter and onion.
    Brown a little, then add the soup and 1 can of water; stir and add seasonings.
    Cover and cook on low, stirring once in a while, for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
