Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    4 chicken breasts
    3 c. milk
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place rice in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Add chicken breasts.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix together milk and soups.
    Heat mixture (do not boil) and pour over chicken.
    Cover pan with foil and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until chicken tests done; preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
