Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground pork or ground ham
1 onion, chopped and sauteed in oil
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, rinsed
cabbage
red pepper powder
salt and black pepper
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

In a large pot, boil water.
Place head of cleaned cabbage in water until cabbage leaves are soft and wilted.
Remove from water and cool; separate leaves.
Place 2 tablespoons of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.
Roll cabbage around meat mixture.
