Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, soft
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
24 prepared cupcakes
8 c. coconut
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation

Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk in a large bowl with a wire whisk until smooth.
Gently stir in whipped topping.
