Bostom Clam Chowder (Soup) Or Corn Chowder (Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large onions
10 large potatoes
1/2 lb. salt pork
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 extra large can clams or 2 small cans, drained (save liquid)
1/2% milk
water (use 1 large or 2 small cans to measure)
Preparation

Peel and slice onions and potatoes.
Fry out the salt pork; cut in cubes in bottom of large pot.
Add potatoes, onions and seasonings.
Pour 1 cup of water over potatoes, etc., and let simmer until done.
Add clam broth and the same amount of milk. Let come to boil and serve with oysterettes (small round soda crackers).
