Italian Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 slices bacon, cut and fried in small pieces
1 lb. ground beef, browned in bacon grease
1 good size onion
1 bunch celery, cut in oblong slices
1 green pepper
1 can small lima beans
1 large can stewed tomatoes
2 cans Franco-American spaghetti
1 can okra (optional)
Preparation

Brown onion, celery and green pepper with meat.
Cook until barely done, adding as little water as possible.
Add remaining ingredients.
Makes a large amount.
