Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flour tortillas
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can diced tomato
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili with beans
    1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    12 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese. Set aside. Brown meat. Drain. Add taco seasoning and tomatoes. Cook 10 minutes. Add onions and chili. Layer in 9 x 12 baking pan.
