Vegetable Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 c. cooked, mixed vegetables
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine rice and vegetables in boiling water in saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Saute onion in butter in skillet.
    Stir into rice mixture.
    Season to taste.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield: 4 servings.
