Pineapple Pecan Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 c. crushed pineapple (not drained)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk, butter, pineapple, nuts and dates.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 2 1/2-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes or until loaf tests done.
