Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; let boil for 3 minutes.
    Add vanilla.
