Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange segments
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
    1 c. cold milk
    1/2 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve jello in 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Add thawed orange juice and undrained pineapple.
    Chill until it begins to gel, then fold in all but a few mandarin orange segments.
    Chill until firm.
