Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 large green pepper
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Add milk, egg, Cheddar cheese and green pepper. Mince parsley and garlic.
    Mix thoroughly; put in baking dish. Pour salad oil all over and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
