Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    8 c. chicken broth
    celery leaves
    1/4 c. diced bacon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. chopped leeks or onions
    2 c. baby lima beans
    2 c. corn
    2 c. tomatoes
    cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    This recipe calls for fresh vegetables, but frozen or canned will suffice.
    Combine first 4 ingredients and simmer in pot until chicken is tender.
    Bone meat, cool and remove fat from broth and return all to kettle along with the veggies and seasoning until tender.
    Except the corn, put it in the last 10 minutes.
