Broccoli-Cheddar Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. A.1. steak sauce
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Mix beef, 2 tablespoons steak sauce, bread crumbs and onion. On waxed paper, pat to 12 x 8-inches; top with 3/4 cup cheese and broccoli.
    Roll up from short end; seal.
    Place in baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with remaining cheese; bake 2 minutes more.
    Heat tomatoes and remaining steak sauce; serve with meat loaf.
    Makes 8 servings.
