Texas Caviar #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black-eyed peas with jalapenos, drained
    1 can field peas with snaps, drained
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped purple onion
    1 small can ripe olives, sliced
    2 chopped tomatoes
    2 chopped avocados
    1 small bottle Italian lite dressing
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Mix and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
