Easy Strawberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream (room temperature)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Preparation

Combine jello and water; dissolve.
Stir in sour cream until blended.
May use rotary beater.
Add strawberries.
Pour into serving dish and chill.
Makes 6 servings.
