German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    4 c. raw chopped apples
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil until foamy.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat 5 minutes.
    Add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
    Mix well.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Ice with Cream Cheese Frosting.
