Chicken With Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cut up chicken
    4 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    1 c. white wine
    3 cloves garlic or sprinkle garlic powder
Preparation
    Take skin off chicken.
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Put in celery, onion and wine.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn chicken half way.
