Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
9-inch pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss or mild cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. light cream
Preparation

Cook sausage; crumble; drain. Mix sausage and cheese, and sprinkle in pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients, and add to eggs. Pour into shell, and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
