My Favorite Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm (not hot) water
    3 c. self-rising flour or enough to make soft dough
    1 well beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and combine last 3 ingredients. Add flour to
    yeast mixture.
    Cover and let rise 1 hour.
    Roll out dough
    and\tcut
    with
    biscuit
    cutter.
    Dip
    each roll in melted butter
    and
    fold
    into
    pocketbook rolls.\t(I cut with biscuit cutter
    and
    brush\tor spoon on melted margarine.) Let rise 2 hours.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for about 8 minutes or until done.
