Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes, washed
    2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes in quarters.
    Place potatoes in large roasting pan with olive oil and remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
