Chicken Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. green cabbage, shredded
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1 c. unpeeled cubed red apples
    1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    leaf lettuce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, chicken, apples, grapes, celery and walnuts in large bowl.
    Set aside.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir until smooth.
    Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently.
    Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours. To serve, spoon coleslaw into a lettuce-lined bowl if desired. Yields 6 servings.
