Dilled Sour Cream And Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. each: red wine vinegar and minced parsley
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. each: dill and salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 green onions, thinly sliced (tops included)
1 c. sour cream
1 tomato, cut in sixths
Preparation

Mix cucumbers with vinegar, parsley, sugar, seasonings, green onions and sour cream.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Garnish with tomato wedges.
