Apricot And Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) refrigerated Pillsbury pie crust
    4 c. thinly sliced ripe pears
    12 dried apricots, cut into matchstick pieces
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust according to package directions for two crust pie, using a 9-inch pan.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
