Low Carb Fish Or Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillets or chicken breast
2 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Spray baking dish with Pam.
Combine all ingredients except cheese and spread over fish or chicken.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake until fish is flaky or chicken is moist but not pink.
