Sherried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 c. turkey
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    hot, cooked rice
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Brown turkey in margarine in frying pan. Remove to casserole dish.
    Cook onion in remaining margarine; stir in soup and sherry.
    Pour over turkey.
    Bake casserole, covered, for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
