Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 1/2 c. water, divided
    4 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    5 bananas
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 liter bottles ginger ale
Preparation
    Bring 6 cups water and sugar to a boil in sauce pan.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Cool completely.\tAdd frozen orange juice, 4 1/2 cups water and pineapple juice to sugar mixture.
    Puree bananas in blender.
    Add lemon juice.\tAdd to juice mixture.
    Pour into 3 large zip lock bags (easier if plastic bag is put in loaf pan before pouring).
    Freeze at least 12 hours to up to 3 weeks.
    Thaw 4-6 hours before serving.
    Add 1 liter ginger ale to each bag of punch.
    Pour into punch bowl to serve.
    Serves 20.
