Pork Chop And Potato Dinner - cooking recipe

4 c. thinly sliced potatoes, peeled
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
4 pork chops
Preparation

Mix soup, mushrooms, milk and onion in bowl; set aside.
Place sliced potatoes in nonstick casserole dish (or spray with Pam). Pour soup mixture over potatoes.
Trim fat and season pork chops. Brown only slightly in skillet and then place pork chops on top of potatoes and soup mixture.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
