Grandma Jane'S Tuna Macaroni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 lb. American cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender; drain well.
    Saute onion in margarine; remove from heat.
    Add undiluted soup. Gradually add milk, tuna, seasonings and 2 slices of cheese. Heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
    Mix in the macaroni.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
    Arrange remaining cheese on top.
    Bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese melts.
