Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups plain flour, sifted
    2 tsp soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    3 tsp cinnamon
    2 cups of sugar
    1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 cups grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs one at a time, add carrots.
    Combine carrot mixture with flour mixture.
    Pour into 3 well-greased cake pans and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
