Chinese Fried Rice With Bacon And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1/2 c. green onions with tops, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook bacon and drain.
Saute celery and onions in drippings until tender.
Add mushrooms, cooked rice, salt and soy sauce, stirring gently to coat all ingredients with soy sauce.
Cook 10 minutes longer on low, stirring occasionally.
Add crumbled bacon and mix well.
Serve.
