*Pispalita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
    3 or 4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    salt to taste
    2 c. corn meal
Preparation
    Cook spinach in pan with no water over low heat.
    Drain.
    Add cottage cheese, eggs and 2 tablespoons butter. Add salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
