Ingredients

1/4 C. butter
1/2 C. brown sugar - packed
2 Tsp. milk
3/4 - 1 C. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in brown sugar.
Boil and stir over low heat for 2 mins.
Stir in milk.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Cool to lukewarm.
Gradually stir in confectioners sugar.
Place pan in ice water and stir until thick enough to spread.
