Butternut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butternut squash
    Butter Buds
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut stem end off of squash and discard.
    Slice squash in half long way.
    With a spoon, scoop out the seeds and discard.
    Fill cavity with Butter Buds, salt and pepper.
    Bake in microwave oven covered for 15 to 25 minutes until done.
