Party Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 small can) seeded jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/4 c. onions, chopped
3/4 c. white vinegar
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Add red cayenne pepper to taste.
The more added, the hotter it gets.
If mild salsa is wanted, do not add cayenne pepper.
Stir together in pan.
Boil 30 to 40 minutes until thick.
If a thicker salsa is wanted, cook longer.
Serve with corn chips.
Freezes well.
