Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground anise
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
4 to 6 scallions, thinly sliced
16 chicken wings
Preparation

Mix soy sauce, anise, ginger, allspice and oil in large bowl. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Stir in scallions.
Add chicken wings to marinate and coat the wings.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
