Any Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. fruit
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. tapioca
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine everything.
Let set 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Pour into unbaked covered pie shell.
Sprinkle sugar and milk on top of top crust, if desired.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
So simple, but so yummy and quick!
