Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    barbecue sauce
    1 onion
    salt and pepper
    1 regular size bottle catsup
Preparation
    Cut fat off meat.
    Cut meat into small chunks.
    Cook in pot with cut up onion, salt, pepper and water.
    Simmer until meat is in shreds (several hours).
    Pour in bottles of catsup and barbecue sauce to taste.
    Simmer until it is a good sandwich consistency. Serve hot on a hamburger bun.
