Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    ham, diced
Preparation
    Drain spinach; press between paper towels until barely moist.
