Swedish Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. or more pecans
1 stick margarine
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Melt margarine in large cookie pan.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar.
Put nuts into meringue and coat well.
Spoon nuts in buttered pan and turn to coat well.
Bake in 325\u00b0 preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Take out and stir well.
Bake 10 minutes more and stir.
